Product Help

Do your mobile phones work in my country ?
MobileandFun sells no contract unlocked mobile phones. Generally the mobile phones can work well in UK and all Europian countries.
Do your mobile phones work with GSM carriers?
Our unlocked phones work with all GSM carriers. Our mobile phones do not work with 3G sim cards. The phones are only 2G and will not get the benefits from using the 3G network. If you are still unsure please check with your provider.
What Size are the Car DVD Players ?
The size of our car DVD players varies according to the model of your car. Please make sure if it is 1 Din or 2 Din. After that you are good to go.
Which Car DVD Player can fit my car (Toyota, Volkswagen, etc)?
All our car DVD players are universal ones, but you should still check the player position height of your car. For example if the height is 50mm, please select your car DVD player from 1 Din series. If it is 100mm, please select from 2 Din series.
Why can't I connect with wireless internet even though my computer has Wi-Fi?
Sometimes the wireless strength in your local area may be too weak for your WiFi device to connect automatically to the Internet. In these cases, we suggest you manually connect to a named Internet connection by entering its network name (also called service set identifier or SSID). If this still doesn't work, please check if the network password you entered is correct. If you have set your own WiFi password, please make sure your encryption method (WEP, WPA, or WPA2-PSK) is compatible with your router's model.
Does the GPS function need any facility to work for those car DVD Players with GPS function?
Built-in (internal) GPS does not need any other facilities to make it work. Just insert SD card with map storage and activate it and you are good to go. Those marked "external" ones need to be connected with external small GPS box, whose size is about 10*10*2cm, some items already include that in price & package, some don't, please check the descriptions (also need SD card with map storage).
Can I get a Map if I buy GPS or DVD Player External GPS?
Yes, you can get a Map in the 2GB SD card.
Does GPS from MobileandFun have antenna?
Yes, All GPS come with built-in GPS antenna.
Can the DVD player display picture files (JPEG, GIF etc.) stored on USB or SD flash cards?
Our DVD players can only play movie and music files stored on USB or SD flash cards.

Delivery

How long will it take for me to get my item?
It normally takes 10 - 30 business days for a shipment to arrive.
Can you ship to a different address than my paypal address?
Yes, you need to update your address on Paypal prior to payment, or you can leave us a note on Paypal during your Payment, indicating the desired address.
Do you provide tracking numbers?
You will be provided with your package’s tracking number if your order exceeds 39EU only.
Will my packages be insured?
Yes, any products you choose will be insured. We will offer to reship any orders in case any of your packages gets lost or damaged along the way.
Has my item been delivered yet?
We process orders Monday through Friday 9:30am to the cut off time which is usually 5pm every business day. 99% of the orders go out the same business day with the exception of holidays and weekends. Once your item has been shipped, the status of the order will be updated in your account and you will receive a notification to your email address.
Will I have to pay customs fee for this item?
You might be charged an additional duty charge upon receipt of package based on your country's rates.
Do you provide box for your items?
Yes, we always send items with brown case box or plastic bags.
What are the available delivery methods?
MobileandFun offers regular air mail post and registered airmail post delivery methods for free. For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express or DHL for faster delivery of products for a reasonable upgrade fee to cover the cost. Please contact us if you would like to opt for this delivery method.
What If I haven't received my items for a month? What should I do?
Generally the item will reach you in 10-30 business days (2-4 weeks). Most of the items will be delivered in 2 weeks, while some may take up to 4 weeks. Your packages can be susceptible to delay due to strict customs inspection, freight delay or public holidays. Please be patient and wait for them. Please contact us through contact us page so we could solve the issue.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by Paypal only.
How do I pay you if I don't have a PayPal account? Can I pay by bank transfer?

Can I pay without registering an account at MobileandFun?
Yes, you do not have to register an account for payment. After adding your chosen products to the shopping cart you just need to click the Paypal button and follow the procedure until payment is completed. You will receive an email to your Paypal email address confirming your order information.
I want to purchase 2 items. Can I get a discount?
Sorry, we do not offer a discount for combined shipping.
Why should I buy via Paypal?
Using Paypal you have several choices. You can - send money from existing credit on your Paypal account (if any); - send money from a credit card: the amount is drawn from your credit card and sent directly to the recipient's Paypal account; - send money from a debit card/ bank account: the amount is sent directly to the recipient's Paypal account. The advantage of using PayPal, as a customer, is that the merchant never gets to see any of your financial information.
Do I Have To Pay VAT / Sales Tax?
MobileandFun does not add any additional charges or taxes. However, you might be charged an additional duty charge upon receipt of package that will be based on your country's rates.
How can I view prices on your website in different currencies?
You can choose to view prices in different currencies using the drop-down Currencies menu at the top of the right-hand website. You can view prices in the following currencies: - Euro (EUR) - British Pound (GBP) - US Dollar (USD)
Why was my order cancelled? / Why did you refund my payment?
Possible reasons for refunding money are: - Paypal account name and address does not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you. - The products you ordered were out of stock (Generally we have enough stock and we rarely suffer a temporarily lack of a certain product), and there was no response when we contacted you.

Returns

How Can I Return an Item?
All you have to do is to follow the 3 easy steps given below: 1. Receive RMA Authorization after submitting the return request by contacting us via our Contact Us page. 2. Place the returnable items in the shipping process after you receive the authorization to do so. 3. Your package will be refunded/returned within 1-3 working days of inspecting the product(s). Items must be returned within 30days.
Do You Have A Warranty?
Yes - MobileandFun chooses products to sell based on their excellent designs and proven hardware reliability. So the quality is guaranteed. We check all of your orders during the packing stage to make sure that the right accessories are included and that the adapters and other standards are correct for your country. We have a QA team who tests whether your ordered products are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line. All mobile phones and electronic products are covered by a 24 month warranty if you want them replaced or repaired.
Do I have the option of changing or cancelling my order once it has been processed?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If you are uncertain about something in your order and you wish to change it, please contact us and we will put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packaging process so you still have time to make changes. If the package has already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order. If you want to cancel an order because you are ADDING further products, but not canceling the previous items, simply contact us and we will process it, usually for no extra charges. If the order is in its early processing stage you may be able to change or cancel it. You can ask for a refund or keep your payment as a credit.

At MobileandFun, we go to extremes to ensure the safety of our customers' information. We do not store your payment information on the website. Payments made through PayPal are processed by the Paypal company. It is considered to be secure and trustworthy. We also do not disclose your information to third parties.
